The Company
Happy Adventure Treks and Expedition is one of the leading Corporate Travel (Inbound & Outbound Tour Operator) of Nepal. The company has been successfully running since 1994 which is registered in Department of Tourism, His Majesty’s Government of Nepal. Since the establishment, it has acquired an excellent reputation in tourism stands for high quality and personal services. All our programs are based on Eco-Tourism with a deep-rooted respect for the environment for future generations. We are the first travel agency of Nepal which has explored some new tours/treks in remote places like Sailung, Chordung etc. our company’s reputation has grown by leaps of our satisfied clients and valued Agents.
Our Strength
Happy Adventure Treks and Expedition is a team of highly professional naturalists, environmentalists and other respective fields. All the directors of Happy Adventure Treks and Expedition having well-experience, vast knowledge, trained from international universities and participated in various workshops, seminars and business fairs held in Asia, Europe and America. Mr. Raju Adhikary is the Managing Director of the company with 20 years of experience. He directs the company in many aspects like administration, foreign affairs, corporate development etc. Mr. Sonam Sherpa is the Director of Treks & Expedition who has experience of 18 years in professional trek officer and a successful climber and Mr. Sagar Neupane is the Director of Tours Department has specialized in the respective field and experience more than 5 years. Managers and other officials are also well known in tourism. All employees are dedicating in their responsibilities more than a decade. Happy Adventure Treks and Expedition also offers annual Bonus to its entire working staff to encourage their dedication. Currently permanent working and field staffs of our organization are 80 in which 12 of them are office staffs. Meeting of the directors and staffs held time by time for reviewing the over all activities and areas of improvement.
Travel Crews
The guest relation officers, tour officer/guides, trekking guides obtained international standard License and certificates from the management colleges with different languages i.e. English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Hindi, Hibro, Turkish etc. They are also trained for prevention of Mountain sicknesses, emergency evacuation calls etc. The team of travel crews is 5 Climbers, 15 Trekking Guides, 10 Multi Language Speaking Tour Guides, 8 Cooks, 20 Porters and 10 Helpers.
Offices
Our corporate office is located in the heart of the chief tourist hub Thamel in Kathmandu. Our branch offices are in Pokhara, Bhairahawa, Birgunj and Biratnagar and Nepalgunj, the main cities of Nepal. Bhairahawa and Birgunj are main entrance by overland and Pokhara is the starting point of Annapurna and other trekking areas as well as many different tours. The corporate office opens from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Our offices are well equipped with modern facilities of advanced communication system, so that an instant and reliable message exchange is possible 365 days a year.
